The idea for the CardGiving Made Easy Company originated during an entrepreneurial course at the Kenan-Flagler Business School, University of North Carolina. The company founder recognized the "cardgiving" experience had become more of a chore rather than eliciting feelings of fulfillment and satisfaction for the "cardgiver". The process consumed time and caused feelings of guilt if a special occasion was missed. Additionally, businesses needed an inexpensive way to create touch points with their clients as a way to drive sales.
CardGiving Made Easy Company was formed in May of 2007 to make it easy for individuals and businesses to personally connect with others through quality, paper cards. By offering the easiest "cardgiving" experience, people will send more cards, more often.
